工作职责描述Aufgabe

1.负责本班组生产管理工作，合理组织资源，严格按生产计划进行生产，保证生产计划点完成。

Responsible for the production and management of the team,organize resources rationally and strictly follow the production plan to ensure the completion of the production plan.

2.负责本班组焊接机器人及夹具点故障示教调整。

Responsible for the group of welding robot and fixture teaching error adjustment.

3负责本班组质量问题的汇报和处理，发现质量问题应立即停止生产，通报当班工长，并对质量问题进行分析，查找原因，解决问题或配合相关技术人员解决质量问题。

Responsible for reporting and handling the quality problems of the team and found that the quality problems should be immediately stopped production, notify the shift workers, and analyze the quality problems, find out the cause, solve the problem or cooperate with the relevant technical personnel to solve the quality problems.

4.负责本班组缺陷统计和废品统计，并进行数据分析。

Responsible for the team defect statistics and waste statistics, and data analysis.

5.负责本班组的人员管理工作，对本班组的人员进行培训，技能评价，完成本班组内的人员替代计划，并对本班组的人员进行综合评价，对临时缺岗岗位进行补岗。

Responsible for the management of the team members，the team members of the training, skills evaluation to complete the team within the staff of alternative planning, and a comprehensive evaluation of the team's staff,temporary posts to fill posts.

6.负责本班组人员考勤，工时，记件的统计工作。

Responsible for the team attendance，working hours，pieces of statistical work.

7.负责完成领导临时交办的工作。

Responsible for the completion of the leadership of the temporary assignment.

8.负责本班组持续改进工作，组织提高效率，降低成本，保证质量，确保安全的员工改进和QC小组活动。

Responsible for the team continuous improvement work，organize to improve efficiency，reduce costs，ensure quality，ensure safety of staff improvement and QC group activities.

    大众一汽平台零部件有限公司（以下简称“公司”）成立于2004年7月，注册资本4.76亿人民币。
公司总部及长春分厂位于吉林省长春市高新技术开发区光谷大街3999号，占地面积14.88万平方米。一期2005年建成投产，包含焊接、装配、涂装等多个车间，建筑面积3.6万平方米，二期内高压车间和机加车间2013年建成投产，建筑面积3100平方米。长春总公司主要为一汽大众、上汽提供地盘零部件产品，目前公司为一汽大众汽车公司配套比例占公司产值的97%以上。
   成都分公司位于四川省成都市经济技术开发区268号，富奥工业园区内。2011年底建成投产，建筑面积17373平方米。成都分厂为一汽大众成都第三工厂提供地盘零部件产品。
   佛山分公司位于广东省佛山市狮山镇粤众路268号，一汽大众工业园内。2013年建成投产，建筑面积2.4万平方米。佛山分厂为一汽大众佛山第四工厂提供地盘零部件产品。
   2016年，公司根据业务发展需要和战略部署，在美丽的海滨城市天津投资建设第四家分厂，投产AUDI Q2和A SUV项目，2018年量产。
    公司的主要产品有轿车前桥模块、后桥模块、左/右前悬架模块、制动踏板总成、离合器踏板总成等汽车地盘零部件。为满足市场的需求，公司自成立以来不断自我发展，成功导入了SAP企业管理系统，并通过了TS16949质量体系认证及ISO14001环境体系认证。
