Our position
Regional Sales Manager - West China
Located in Chengdu or Chongqing you build and lead a quality, brand building sales team that is capable of generating sales revenue by working closely with senior sales management to align with sales strategies, develop and maintain good relationship with SME customers, identify sales opportunity and obtain more business to achieve sales target with good team work spirit.
Your task and responsibilities:
- Lead sales to implement all affairs related to business maintain and growth, providing professional sales performance report and marketing trend analysis at a certain period
- Input into C-VIEW and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately
- Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely response and report will be taken to lessen the impact
- Be responsible to push AR collection if have
- Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business
- Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the minimum sales quota and the set KPI in a required period
- Manages and executes a sales plan for responsible top accounts or markets
*Work with Merchandising, Marketing, Sales Operations and Regions to develop targets and to ensure strategy implementation and provide the best support to accounts
*Make sure all company business processes and policies are practiced well across the team
*Reports market intelligence to upper sales management on regular time
*Prepares for the future order sales program; includes understanding of sales policies and strategies

We expect
- College degree plus minimum 5 year sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Sales experience in import & export China
- Mature, sincere and communicative personality with the ability to handle people at all levels respectable
- Strong leadership
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- English and Mandarin fluent in written and spoken (preferred)
- Proficiency in other European or Asia languages such or other Chinese dialect will be an advantage.
- Professional qualification on DG, brokerage or other expertise in the logistics field is preferred but not a must.
