Job Title: Sales Support

Reporting to: Sales Manager, Account Management

Position Overview:

- Support the creation of integrated logistics solutions for existing and potential customers in collaboration with Sales, Product Team and Customers.
- Support the Tender Management Team in day-to-day business and tasks

Position Accountabilities:
- Prepare quotations and respond to rate enquiries of external customers in alignment with BD/RDM/KAM as well as overseas counterparts
- Receive agreed booking form from customer and coordinate all relevant information with responsible traffic department
- Act as a key customer contact point for pricing and requests, and coordinate with Air/Ocean Freight dept. for pricing topics, scheduling and shipping instructions
- Back-up for customer related matters during the absence of outside BD/RDM/KAM (e.g. during sales calls, meetings etc.)
- Proactively call and maintain customer relationship in alignment with BD/RDM/KAM and accounts without assigned Sales, including taking customer calls and requests, introduction and selling new products, quotation follow-up as well as preparation of reports on a predefined timely basis or if requested
- Coordinate customer complaints, claims, transportation insurance purchasing and outstanding
- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:


- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work independently based on given deadlines
- Strong Interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
- Fluent business Chinese and good English knowledge (oral and written) required
