？ Apply PPE warning signs

Risk/Hazard Management 风险以及危险管理

？ Introduce Risk assessment tool, Job Safety Analysis （JSA）

引入风险评估工具， 工作风险分析

？ Train Department Heads and relevant people how to use JSA

为部门提供培训，如何使用工作风险分析

？ Establish risk assessment plan (JSA), trace the progress on implementation for all departments

Contractor Safety Management 外包商的安全管理

？ Establish and maintain plant contractor safety management guidelines

建立公司外包商安全管理制度

？ Provide induction training to contractor employees

为外包商员工提供入门安全培训

？ Involve in risk assessment of big project, and installation of new machines

参与重大项目以及新设备安装的风险评估

？ Conduct Irregular safety audit at contractor working areas

不定期地对外包商工作区域进行安全检查

？ Working with HR Manager and Department Heads to establish annual safety training plan

？ Participate in Region Safety Audit

？ Provide audit skills training to relevant peoples

？ Establish internal audit & inspection plan and track the progress

？ Response and coordinate regional safety audit

Fire fighting equipment management 消防设施的管理

？ Develop and maintain map of locations of plant fire fighting equipments

？ Establish accident reporting and investigation procedure

？ Provide incident reporting and investigation training, IRIS to department managers and other relevant persons

为部门经理以及相关人员体提供事故的报告和调查培训，包括公司事故管理数据库的培训

Establish and maintain incident/accident log book

建立公司的事故记录簿

？ Participate incident/accident investigation, monitor the qualify of investigation

参与事故的调查，审查事故调查报告的质量

？ ensure all recordable injuries are reported to region within timetable

？ Analysis injury history and trend quarterly

？ Liaise with local agency to conduct Occupational health surveillance according to Chinese law

？ Report any suspected or confirmed case to region office
