Summary of Position: Reporting to the HR Management Solutions Department Head, the position is primarily responsible for providing a highly efficient, timely and quality service to our clients (internal & external) for their permanent or temporary recruitment needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:

1. Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resumes databases, job postings, employee referrals, and career fairs.

2. Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling and client presentation, selection, offers negotiation and issue offers.

3. For specific projects: daily management of employees and discussion with clients

4. Support branches all around china in their recruitment needs

5. Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques

6. Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentation

Key Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:

1. Bachelor degree, with 3-5 years’ recruitment experience either in agency preferred (head hunting experience will be a plus)

2. Fluent English

3. Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.

4. Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.

5. Demonstrated integrity and ability to deal confidentially with information and issues.

6. Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle simultaneous requirements.

7. Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

8. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects
