岗位职责：
负责直接材料，包括原材料，辅料，生产耗材等供应商的寻源工作及相关战略采购活动/ Responsible for sourcing and related strategy purchasing activities of direct materials, such like raw material, production consumable, production supply etc.
1.严格遵守GKN的ABC准则和公司程序文件的规定，并认真做好采购过程的权责分离/ Strictly follow GKN ABC rules and company's control procedures, and conscientiously do a good job on SOD
2.分析并制定初期直接材料采购战略计划 ：根据历史数据，制定产品采购策略；依据产品采购策略，对现有间接材料供应商进行再评估，并制定供应商寻源策略；产品及供应商整合方案的制定和实施等/ Analyse and make initial direct material purchasing strategy plan: Based on historical data, defining commodity purchasing strategy; Re evaluation of existing indirect material suppliers and defining suppliers sourcing strategy base on commodity purchasing strategy; Formulation and implementation of integration plan of products and suppliers.
3.商务谈判计划的制定，实施，分析和记录/ Make commercial negotiation plan, implementation, analysis and recording of negotiation
4.框架协议和采购合同的制定和签署/ Create, sign and issue Blanket Agreement and Discrete Contract
5.采购价格的更新并汇报给相关部门/ Update purchasing price and report relevant departments
6.与所采购产品相关的原材料市场价格趋势的跟踪和分析, 并制定相应的策略/ Track and analyse the market price trend of raw materials related to the products purchased, and make effective strategy
7.配合生产计划部门降低材料库存/ Support production planning department to reduce material inventory
8.积极地采取除价格谈判之外的降低采购成本的措施/ Take active cost saving soluation in addition to the price negotiations
9.负责供应商管理：供应商评分卡的制定和供应商竞争力的定期分析；供应商相关资料的存档和文件更新/ Responsible for supplier management: creating and managing supplier score card and the periodic analysis of the supplier competitiveness; archiving and updating of related supplier documents etc.
10. 配合质量部对潜在供应商的评估和认证，以及合格供应商的绩效评估，年度审核计划等工作/ Cooperate with the Quality Department for the evaluation and qualification of potential suppliers, as well as the performance evaluation of qualified suppliers, making annual audit plan etc.
11. 解决供应商质量问题，帮助供应商进行持续改善/ Solve supplier NC problems and help supplier make a continuous improvement
12. 相关报表的制定和更新/ Make and update related reports
13. 对KPI定期回顾，做好月度工作计划/ Review KPI regularly and make a monthly work plan
14. 关注行业动态，对供应商信息库进行储备/ Focus on industry dynamics and enrich supplier data base
15. 积极有效地协调各职能部门，为其提供优质的服务/ Actively and effectively coordinate the functional departments to provide high quality services for them
任职要求：
1.At least 8 years of working experience in purchasing and sourcing, and no less than 6 years of direct material purchasing and sourcing experience of powder manufacture area
至少8年采购工作经验，其中不少于6年的粉末制造领域直接材料采购经验
2.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, material or metallurgy manufacturing
本科及以上学历，工程，材料或冶金等相关专业
3.Good communication skill，Proficient in spoken and written English.
良好的沟通技巧，英语听说读写熟练。
4.Be good at MS office and knowledge about EPR system.
熟练使用办公软件及ERP系统。
5.Project management experience is preferred.
