Production and logistics coordinator
Responsibilities of the job include:
1、Arrange and orchestrate with factories the production schedules to meet our shipping dates with little to no delay
2、determining quality control standards and takes steps to avoid quality control issues
3、overseeing production processes
4、re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
5、supervising the work of junior staff
6、Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
7、coordinates delivery
8、oversees factory packing and carton marking as per customer requirements
9、oversee container loading and weights for shipments
10、oversee factory/shipping documentation
11、Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
12、Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
13、Oversees inventory of raw materials (fabric) and finish goods
14、Continually reviews and sources prices of raw materials (hangers) to keep costs down where possible
15、Streamlines factory shipping and transportation processes
16、Sourcing new products, fabrics, trims, coatings
17、Sourcing and evaluating new factories
18、Bulk fabric checking with each factory
19、Checking, with guidelines, finished products before shipping
20、Follow up on special quality issues
