Coordinator of Supply Chain Solutions – Control Tower
Working Time: Tuesday-Saturday 9:00-18:00
Key Accountabilities:
1.Understand customer requirements and monitor the daily operations, then report any potential issue to supervisor for problem solving.
2.Upon customer inquiries, communicate with origins/suppliers to find out the fact and provide the timely/organized updates to customer.
3.Prepare reports by extracting the data from systems and collect the information from origins, then send to customers in organized manner regularly
4.Work on the data clean up and extract the data to supervisor for the daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) preparation to the customers/management
5.Coordinate with external 3PL/Carrier to ensure their service level can meet with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
6.Participate the review call/conference calls/performance review with origins to confirm origins understanding on the customers’ requirement in SOP, and reinforce origins compliance
7.Set up reports in the systems for regular data audit to ensure shipment visible to customers on time and error free.
8.Audit the data by generating the reports from the system regularly and checking the documents provided by origins
9.Assist & comply company program
Requirements:
High school graduation,diploma in Logistics Management is preferred
Good command in English and Mandarin
2 years experience for logistics and customer services
Familiar with computer software applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Hard working and willing to work overtime
Provide courteous, friendly to both internal and external parties
