KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.

1. Handle Customer Complaints and quality related queries

处理客户投诉和质量相关的询问

2. Handle projects from NPI to MP and EOL on quality related portion.

处理项目从开发阶段到量产一直到项目结束所有的质量问题

3. Ensure PQP ( Project Quality Plan ) is established and executed.

确保项目质量计划的制定和执行

4. Contact window to customer on quality related matters from NPI to MP to EOL.

项目从开发阶段到量产一直到项目结束客户的主要质量窗口

5. Establish quality standard and requirements from customer.

从客户端获得项目的质量标准和需求

6. Support PQ team on process improvement.

支持PQ Team 制程改善

REQUIREMENT

1. College degree of Science/Engineering

2. Communication Skill

3. Familiar with quality tools

Exposure with ISO standard. ( ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and etc )

Knowledge of six sigma is preferred

4. Good spoken and written English

5. Good IT skill-MS office/Minitab

Strong report writing skill

6. Aggressive,nitiative, pro-active,good communication and negotiation skills.

7. At least 3 years’ related working experience.

Familiar with quality control in plastic injection molding industry.

Familiar with quality tools, control plan, FMEA, SPC, GR&R and etc.
