职位：财务分析员Financial Analyst
工作地点：上海市浦东新区上海市浦东新区申东路251弄3号
薪资：税后人民币9,000元

岗位职责
1. 收集、分析集团财务数据；
2. 提交财务分析报告、预测报告；
3. 从财务角度，为业务线发展提供建议和支持；
4. 深入了解公司财务状况及趋势，并提出提升建议。

岗位要求
1. 财务会计专业本科学历；
2. 精通财务软件和办公软件；具有良好的语言表达能力和撰写财务报告能力；
3. 精通会计操作、会计核算及相关帐务处理；
4. 3~5年以上集团公司全面的财务管理、财务分析、财务预算经验；
5. 较强的逻辑思维能力，能承受较大工作压力。

Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support.
2. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
3. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting.
4. Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
5. Submit the required report to meet the deadline of global finance team.
6. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
7. Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
2. 3-5 years work experience in finance analysis/ auditing/accounting.
3. strong analytical ( quantitative as well as qualitative) skills is a must.
4. Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
5. Self starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
7. Must possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
