Mission:
- To provide new components target prices via quotation BOM to BU for customer new business RFQ on time in PSC phase.
- To combine localization feasibility study from GPM/VEVA team for carryover component in quotation BOM to BU in PSC phase.
- To use the commodity knowledge in providing Should-Cost to the project buyers in APDS sourcing phase.
- To conduct supplier cost workshops and set up the cost analysis mode for different commodities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The cost analysis ACH Purchasing is responsible for overall PSC quotation projects and conducting should cost analysis to obtain cost saving opportunity.

- Send RFQ to the local roadmap supplier or make cost estimation for new components in PSC phase.
- Providing each PSC project with the appropriate component target prices and tooling costs.
- Involving commodity purchasing when defining the suppliers bidder list to send RFQ and learn the commodity strategy for different parts.

Job Description:

The job contains but is not limited to the following activities:
- Set up components target prices and tooling cost for new components for all PSC projects
- Import components original localization study during PSC phase for the carryover parts and prepare the report for PSC meeting based on production lines
- Perform Should-Cost analysis in APDS sourcing phase for a wide range of technologies, such as stamping, Injection molding, metal, die casting etc.
- Regularly conduct cost optimization workshop at suppliers
- Support Should-Cost analysis for production component cost optimization in workshops
- Support design-engineering, VEVA, Commodity and Project Purchasing with analysis for supplier negotiations
- Give Cost Analysis training within Autoliv


Automotive experience preferred,
- Financial knowledge /controller background preferred or Background in Purchasing, Technical and/or production environments
- Bachelor (Finance or Engineering background )
- English: Workable
- At least 2 years related working experience
