Chief Electronics Hardware R&D Engineer Railroad Systems ( rolling stock )


Market analysis of technical data and needs for railroad other industries for management decision.

Responsible for digital and analog hardware circuit schematic designing, debuging and PCB drawing.

Proposal of product improvement

New product development.

Maintain technical documentation system for hardware circuit design.

Prepare project proposal and quotation documentation.

Conduct function, performance, reliability and field test of equipment

Conduct quality inspection and monitoring in the developing phase.

Prepare report of test results.

Prepare project plan including control of schedule and cost.



Requirements

Degree: Electrical Engineering Master or similar

Over 8 years work experience in similar field

Ability to independently design, debug and test power and control circuit board

Advanced user of CAD and Altium Designer.

Experienced in multi-layer circuit board design.

Proficiency in simulating the circuit with Multisim and other software.

Skilled user of related tools and devices eg. electric iron, hot air guns, oscilloscopes etc.

Good English skills. (spoken and written)
