职位描述：
Contractor is requested to provide below service:
Good interpersonal and communications skills both in Chinese and English.
Experience preferred with compounding, bulk material handling or pneumatic conveying projects.
1. Time duration: Jan 2018 until Dec 2018
2. Service scope: Process Engineering Design, including but not limited to:
Play a project lead role to coordinate among owner and project team for technical concept, scope, schedule and cost estimation, by following Covestro requirements on small investment project execution.
Develop the design basis for small capital investment projects including but not limited to the definition of design basis, process description, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, equipment lists and datasheets, equipment selection, process data for pipeline list & PCT list, calculation of pump, safety valve and other pipe special parts, support layout discussion, HAZOP review, permit related issue;
Identify technical needs of projects, provides feedback on potential or improvement and develop an optimal solution while considering technical, economical and ecological constrains;
Convert project needs into functional and technical requirements and finally into engineering design input;
Propose the work plan and schedule, keep tracking for process design services in project;
Check and reviews engineering documents created by other process engineers assigned to the same project;
Clarify and negotiate scope of supply with vendors and owner within the area of responsibility, and generate and review technical bid evaluations within the responsibility;
Support cost estimation in project execution;
Ensures safe and reliable processes and project work regarding quality, cost and schedule
