职位描述：
Job Summary
1． Responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions;
2．To enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will upgrade employees’ workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values;
Key Responsibilities
1. Utilize knowledge of competency requirements to identify training needs; translate the requirements into trainings; build annual training program and prepare implementation plans within the budget;
2. Deliver training courses; coordinate with internal and external training providers to ensure appropriate programs development, scheduling and delivery;
3. Manage training program and consolidate all sites training budget & training expense report;
4. Evaluate & assess training effectiveness to ensure taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior;
5. Maintain training database; organize signing of Training Agreement and monitor its execution and settlement;
6. Able to optimize training process and policy which lead to effectiveness;
7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
Job Requirement
1. Diploma degree or above;
2. At least 3 years’ HR training coordination experience;
3. Experienced in conducting Training Need Analysis and making training plan;
4. Experienced in developing and conducting staff training;
5. Experienced in instructing training courses;
6. Good command of oral & writing in Mandarin and English (Fluent).
