Responsibility:
?Demand and supply management. Work with regional supply chain team and planning manager/planners to meet customer's demand and secure the supply.
?Organize monthly S & O P meetings.
?Control the inventory level to meet company's requirement.
?Balance and optimize inventory and customer service level.
?Monitor and review sales forecast accuracy, work with sales team to improve sales forecast accuracy.
?Monthly reports and analysis and work with related function to achieve Supply Chain KPI targets (Inventory target, on time delivery target, etc.)
?Urgent demand balance and fulfillment.
?Process SAP transaction related to supply chain planning;
?Coordinate with Logistics team, CSR team, procurement team and planning team to handle day to day planning issues.
