职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
 
1. Daily support Engineering Systems and Applications (Windchill PLM) users in Engineering and Manufacturing functions of all SBUs of IR in Asia Pacific Region.
2. Support the PLM systems & CAD Integration applications in Design engineering teams in AP Regions.
3. Proactively Partnership to Engineering and Operation functions in the SBUs to identify/implement systems and processes relates improvement on PLM-CAD System
4. Monthly Organize, facilitate the virtual team of Power users/site leaders in AP regions, sharing best practices, knowledge, challenges and issues, promote the maturity of PLM&CAD application and changes adoption; communicating standard works among SBUs; collecting, evaluating ideas of enhancements from AP and present to IR PRIME Change Review Board.
5. Others opportunities of extended Assignments on CAE applications /HPC Systems.
6. Collaborate to global CAD leader, overall manages Licenses and Maintenance demands of Design applications from AP, delivery services to customers on time on cost.
7. 10% to 20% travel required for IT projects as project leader or team member.
 
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
 
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Engineering , computer sciences or equivalents
2. 9+ years’ experience in engineering area, manufacturing, Mechanical and Electrical products development, excellence knowledge of product development process and engineering change processes
3. 5+ years’ Experience on PLM&CAD Applications (PTC/Creo, Autodesk) , BOM data or application management
4. Experienced on programming, good data query tools (MSSQL, MySQL)
5. Flexible to Travel domestic sties and oversea locations (10%-20%)
6. Excellent learner, continues to learn new system, tools and methodologies, apply/introduce to customer as resolution of problem.
7. Excellent communication on Engineering, Operation users, leadership, oversea colleagues.
8. Good English on speaking & writing. Good presentation skills.
