职位描述：
Job Description:
? Support product performance improvement activities by working with Engineering and manufacturing.
? Perform tester/handler regular maintenance and conversion.
? Support NPI product qualification, ATE setup and qualification sample testing using variety of tester/handler equipment, issue resolution and fix during sample testing execution, coordinate with engineer on program debug. Ensure the NPI qual/sample on time delivery.
? Co-work with worldwide manufacturing team(fab/assembly/test) and MBG team to ensure the supply chain is running smoothly.
? Work with Engineers to track, drive and improve project Cycle Time.
Qualifications:
? College degree or above, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Automation related major.
? 3-5yr working experience in semiconductor or related field, ATE Test knowledge will be an added advantage.
? Basic oral and written English skill.
? Outlook email, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skill is required. Reading / comprehension skills, able to follow written instruction.
? Good communication skill and team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.

要求：
? 专科以上学历， 电子或电子工程或自动化相关专业。
? 3-5年在电子或相关领域的工作经验。
? 基本的英语口头和书写能力。
? 会使用Outlook email, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint 和 Excel， 需要阅读和理解能力，能够理解并执行英文书写的工作指导。
? 良好的沟通技巧和团队精神，能够接受挑战和能够在困难中自我激励。
