岗位职责：

1.Support sales/key account manager to win new customers and projects by high efficient &competitive？ price&sample delivery
通过高效，有竞争力的报价和准时的样品交付，来协助销售及大客户经理取得更多的新客户和项目

2.Strict implementation supplier development&management process to optimize commodity supplier base negotiation with suppliers to ensure the good condition
通过谈判在与供应商商业协议中争取有利条件

3.Work closely with SQE to solve the quality issue and help suppliers to improve entire quality process
和供应商质量工程师紧密工作解决供应商质量问题，并且帮助供应商提高产品质量过程控制

4.Other works assigned by company

任职要求：

1.College degree or above in Mechanical or Economic background
机械类或经济类相关专业，大专或以上学历

2.Have at least 3 year experience in supplier development in fastener or mechanical industry
至少三年以上机械或紧固件方面的供应商开发或相关工作经验

3.Have extensive material,fastener production&standard knowledge
拥有材料，紧固件生产和标准的知识

4.Nice personality,logical concept, can work independently and under pressure
良好的个性，逻辑思维以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力

5.Strong negotiation and communication skill, team work attitude
有良好的谈判和沟通能力，协作态度

6.Have the knowledge of ISO9001,ISO14000 or TS16949
了解ISO9001，ISO14000或TS16949体系

7.Be good at English in speaking and written
良好的英语口语和写作能力

8.Good skill in MS office, ERP system(SAP)
良好的办公室软件使用和ERP系统知识
