职位描述：

1. Coordinates and consolidates all financial reporting for Adient China adjacent market
2. Ensures timely reporting of all key financial information to Adient Global adjacent market
3. Maintains and develops financial reporting systems at Adient China adjacent market level and ensures that supporting systems are implemented and maintained at the regional and company levels
4. Coordinates the structure and timing of forecast and profit plans
5. Coordinates the implementation of all standard financial procedures as issued by Adient Global and, as required, develops procedures specifically tailored to Adient China adjacent market
6. Ensures the timely reporting of the following financial results to Adient adjacent market Global and China Management and analyzes and prepares commentary of the above at the direction from functional bosses.
• Mid month forecasting
• Monthly working capital analysis
• Month end results
• Monthly G.M.A.R.
• Dec, March and June forecast
• Profit plan
7. Conducts financial due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions related to Adient China adjacent market
8. Liaises with Adient Global on all financial issues and management letter

1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting preferred
2. 8-10 years working experience in financial and business management in sales company, with at least 3 years at Finance Controller position
3. Experience in automobile industry, aftermarket is a plus
4. International exposure a plus
5. CPA, ACCA or relevant qualifications
6. Familiar with US GAAP, PRC GAAP, US tax laws, China tax laws
7. Financial Reporting
8. MS Office
