职位描述：
岗位职责/任职要求：
1. 电工学专业，英语良好。
Electrical engineering ,good English
2.有流水线维护经验
Experience in automatic-line maintenance.
3.有安全、环境及消防基本管理知识。
Basic knowledge of safety,environment and fire management.
4. 5年以上从事机电设备控制，维护保养工作经验。
Over 5 years working experience on mechanical and electrical equipment control and maintenance.
5. 具备机电一体化、自动控制方面的知识
Solid Knowledge on mechatronics and automation system.
6. 具备复杂控制系统故障诊断经验，有设备预防性保养知识或TPM实践经验，熟悉控制线路图和PLC控制原理。
Experienced on PFMEA and MFMEA of complicated controlling system. Experienced on preventive maintenance knowledge or practical TPM. Familiar with Control Circuit and PLC.
7. 了解工厂安全、消防、厂房维护的等方面的要求。
  Have experience of plant safety, fire protection and facility.
8. 熟悉ISO9001和ISO14001的要求。
  Working under ISO9001 and ISO14001 system.
9. 参与过新工厂建立者优先。
  Experience of new plant set up is preferred.
岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.负责制定生产设备的保养计划并给予执行，包括特种设备的年检等；建立及更新设备手册（包括基建厂房）、设备保养维护程序及相关记录。

Take charge maintenance planning and its implementing, including Special Equipment’s annual inspection; establish and update machine handbooks (including infrastructures), maintenance
procedures and service records。
2. 挤出生产线及其它辅助设备的维修工作，并做好厂区厂房基建等的保养工作。
Maintain all manufacture machines, including extrusion lines and other auxiliary machines; also implement good maintenance for plant facility and infrastructures.
3. 及时响应紧急状况；故障排除和解决设备问题。
Responds to emergency situations, troubleshoots and repairs equipment problems.
4. 与原设备供应商配合，保证保养维护合同的执行。
Cooperate with equipment engineer to ensure the implementing of existed maintenance service contract.
5. 协助生产经理进行工厂安全管理。
Assist Production Manager on plant safety management.
6. 协助生产经理进行供水、消防和供热管理。
Assist production manager on water supply, fire authority and heating supply management.
7. 生产经理临时安排的其它工作。
Follow other jobs arranged by production manager temporary.
