入职后需要派驻南京公司工作6个月，之后常驻天津西青

岗位职责：

1. 负责中国办公室的IT支持

2. 协助公司内部IT系统的支持 – 包括业务系统和实验室系统

3. 负责信息化设施（计算机及外设、服务器、通讯设施、网络设施、复印机等）的维护管理及调配

4. 负责设计和管理综合布线工程和监控系统工程

5. 负责电子设备的固定资产信息管理

6. 管理IT架构文档

7. 协助公司进行IT内、外部培训

8. 协助IT规章制度的建立、监督与执行

9. 完成领导安排的其它工作

 

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，通信、电子工程、计算机及相关专业；

2. 具有优秀的英语书面及口语能力；

3. 有2年以上的业务系统运维经验；

4. 有2年以上的IT基础设施相关经验，包括网络及服务器经验；

5. 工作认真、细心，责任心强，有解决问题的能力；

6. 具有团队合作精神；

7. 有CCNA或MCSA证书者优先考虑。

Job Responsibilities

1. Daily IT support to offices throughout China

2. Assisting in the supporting of company bespoke IT system – including office system and laboratory system.

3. Responsibility for maintenance of IT facilities, including Servers, Telephone System, Video Conference System and Network Equipment.

4. Design, construct and maintain internal Integrated Wiring Project and Monitor System.

5. Administer the information of IT fixed assets.

6. Administer IT documents for IT structures. 

7. Assisting in the development of training policies relating to IT – internal and external.

8. Development [and review of] procedures [and their successful implementation] of IT procedures.

9. Other tasks as directed by the managers.

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related IT disciplines.
2. Good communication skills both in English and in Chinese.
3. Above 2 years of experience in business system software.
4. At least 2 years work experience in IT infrastructure, including network configurations and Windows server settings.
5. Scrupulous and conscientious person, with excellent trouble shooting skills.
6. Has good team work spirit.
7. CCNA or MCSA Certificate is preferred.
