FUNCTION: This position responsible for warehouse, local transportation management and system operation.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
                        This position responsible for warehouse management and system operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

? Define and draft warehouse operation process, including standard operation procedure, general working instruction and the implement
? Take responsibility for receiving and transferring items in Oracle system
? Fill the CFF in CAPA System and follow up.
? Communicate with the CSR and transportation company
? Optimize the management of physical inventory
? Physical goods receipt and delivery
? Packing material management including refrigeration box
? Warehouse and facility management and complaint treatment
? Daily receiving and delivery report
? Chinese Label and IFU management
? Write off management
? Conduct cycle count
? Handle emergency control like fire and temperature alarm system and etc
? Responsible for the safety and fire system implementation of warehouse
? Training for new comer
? Keep temperature records for each incoming and outgoing shipment. Fill CF in case there is temperature excursion and follow up with disposal instruction from each related sites quality team.
? Stop ship management.

? External contacts for this position include customers, suppliers, warehouse provider, transportation company, government department
? Internal contacts include sales, marketing, finance, service, quality


SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: With Bachelor of Logistic, International trade or Engineering background is preferred.
LANGUAGE: Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
COMPUTER: Have a good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
EXPERIENCE: More than five years relevant work experience in international logistics/forwarder/shipping field

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
? Good knowledge on logistic planning or product plan and process, preferable in IVD field
? Strong analytical skills and must by good at reporting and business analysis Certain experience and knowledge on ERP system, and knowing Oracle is a plus
? The ability to influence or negotiate a positive business solution. Must be comfortable communication with e-mails, voice mails, in person with internal external customers
? Experience and capability on handling supply chain issues in the area of warehouse management and importation
? Sound business ethics and consistency among principles, values and behaviors
? Both customer and process oriented. Capable to handle urgency and pressure
? Process Oriented- Spare parts inventory management
? Quick to learn, Initiative and Flexibility
? Sensitive to figures and have capability to process complicated data

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position may require business traveling in a frequently situation.

This position functions in a general office environment.
