职位描述：
Job Title: Customer Service Hot-line Assistant Technician, Precor
Report to: Technical Service Supervisor -Precor

Main Responsiblity:
Spare parts management:
- Inbound and outbound
- Booking & prepare packing lists
- Well organizing warehouse
- Monitoring inventory
- Stock taking quarterly
Service master data management:
- Co-operating with dealers about parts orders
- Preparing quotation for service agreements and part sales
- Data management for installations, repairing and maintains
- Data inputting for Warranty cases in SFDC
- Customer call-back care
   
Needed competencies:
 
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (especially is Excel)
- Patient, detail oriented, also responsible
- Good communication in both Chinese and English
- Service oriented, can work independently
   
Education:
- College degree or above.
- Good English command, CET-4 at least
    
Desired working experience:
 
- 1-2 years working experience in sales admin will be a plus
- Good fresh graduate will be acceptable.
- Electronic and Mechanic back ground prefer
