职位描述：
1.To support the business field with relevant HR matters
2.To ensure HR practices and policies in local offices are adhered to statutory requirements
3.To coordinate with Branch Manager(s), General Manager(s), Managing Director and head of department to handle personnel planning according to company strategies
4.To support management by providing advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications on all human resources related issues
5.To leads, manages, develops HR team as well as develop and implement human resources strategies, budgeting, establish KPI for the team taking into account of business needs and people

Special Knowledge:
1.Exposure in North China
2.Computer basic knowledge, MS Office

5.Knowledge of local labour law and regulations
