Communicate with customers and keep daily tracking on order status
Ensure timely delivery to customers by efficient communication with customers
Shipment schedule considering priorities of customer demand
Communication to warehouse on shipment arrangement
Communication with planners on customer demand
Prepare sales delivery status to customer and update order management system
Account receivable tracking with customers
Support in new projects inquiry.
Prepare contract review for change of BOM, drawings, etc.
Maintain selling price.
Make sales amount report monthly and OTD report.
Handle customer complaint with QC
Perform annual customer satisfaction survey
Tracking FA information and give customer a prompt feedback
Other job assigned by sales manager
Assist sales manager to meet department and company business target.
任职要求：
Order management and correlative experience.
Bachelor degree in international trade and Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing companies.
Skilful using MS Office and can read and write English.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and able to work under high pressure.
