Responsibilities
? Working alongside the firm’s leadership in China, you will lead efforts to craft long-term strategy for developing the firm’s EB-5 practice as well as its broader efforts in China;
? Seeking innovative opportunities to develop and support the firm’s culture, ensuring that always placing the interests of our clients first informs all that we do as a firm;
? Developing actionable operating plans for the marketing in China of the firm’s EB-5 projects;
? Establishing and cultivating relationships with people/firms/entities that can support the firm’s strategic objectives in China (e.g. government officials, attorneys);
? Establishing and cultivating relationships with migration agents in a position to source investors in China for the firm’s EB-5 projects;
? Negotiating marketing agreements with migration agents, and leading efforts to drive migration agent execution against pre-determined investor subscription objectives;
? Managing and mentoring your team of investor relations professionals who will hold responsibility for the firm’s relationships with migration agents in China;
? Designing and managing an effective coverage program geared to optimize results from migration agents and achieve aggressive targets for sourcing EB-5 investors;
? Act as the firm’s primary point of contact for the principals of all migration agents in China.
? Partnering with the firm’s Director of Human Resources to attract candidates with superior experience and ability to join your team of investor relations professionals;
? Working with the firm’s Director of Human Resources to design and implement group training as well as individually-tailored professional development opportunities;
? Collaborating with the firm’s Director of Human Resources to develop clear objectives for individual performance (KPIs), while providing resources and coaching to keep focus on KPIs and increase the likelihood of success;
? Completing annual performance reviews for team members;
? Assisting in financial planning and budgeting processes to appropriately forecast revenue and expenses associated with efforts to source investors in China for the firm’s EB-5 projects;
? Working with the firm’s marketing team to develop various marketing strategies (e.g. social media, print materials, multimedia materials, events, road shows)
? Proactively cultivating relationships with the firm’s EB-5 investors, while seeking opportunities for the firm to provide other services to its EB-5 investors;
? Seeking out opportunities to have existing Chinese EB-5 investors refer the firm’s EB-5 projects to family and friends in China
Requirements
? 10+ years in sales & business development of immigration services in China;
? Strong English & Chinese communication skills;
? Rich sales team management and channel development skills;
? Extensive partner channel resources and client network;
? Open and energetic person who can influence and grow a small sales team;
? Willing to travel countrywide to discuss EB-5 investment project with partners and individual investors.
