职位描述：
1>能独立操作计算机，熟练操作Word、Excel、等办公自动化软件及Internet邮件收发和处理技巧。
2>具备良好的记忆力以及对时间的分配和沟通协调能力，还要有较强的保密意识。
3>负责项目部员工的考勤管理,负责项目部管理人员的后勤保障工作，包括发放办公用品、定水、复印、邮寄等事务；
4>人事文员另外还要担任人事档案归档工作。完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
4> 照公司财务部的要求以电子版形式将现金日记帐明细及借款明细发送财务部以便财务部及时掌握资金使用情况。

Shanghai Hertel Yanda Installation Engineering Co., Ltd is a joint venture company between Dutch Hertel group (holding) and Yanda Construction Co., Ltd. with location at Shanghai Feng Xian Chemical Industrial Park. The company provides multi-disciplined industrial services mainly for oil/gas and process industries. Our services (including construction, installation of E/I, engineering and construction of tracing and insulation, maintenance, etc.) are a crucial part of new-built or maintenance of oil and gas companies. Our customers include: Bayer, BASF, Air Liquide, etc.
