The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing territory and major account plan/strategy for the new product line of Management Training, meeting the assigned quota, maximizing SGS Academy ’s revenue and increasing SGS Academy’s market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eestablish a sales team to achieve or exceed Management Training sales plan
- Identify and follow up Management Training business opportunities
- Work with Alliance Partners to execute company strategies
- Establish and maintain in close co-operation with present and potential customers to maximize revenue of general management in SGS.
- Demonstrate strategic selling approach to identify, target and penetrate companies with needs appropriate to SGS Academy’s solutions .
- Collect information and analyze development trend of market in the industry, and make related product promotion tactics to increase market share and profit.
- Monitor / collect competitor initiatives / plans / approaches, and launch targeted differentiation promotion to win the market competition.
- Established relationships with Human Resources and senior level management.
- Develop winning proposals and deliver presentations. Collaborate with other resources, when appropriate.

- 5+ years of sales management experience in a complex business environment with emphasis on selling of intangible services to leading corporations.
- Successful experience with new business development
- Understands how to work with Solutions oriented.
- Previous success in a Sales or Business Development role selling professional services
- Strong communication, coordination and networking skills, able to work within multi-function teams
- Good understanding of general management / Soft skill training market and products, with experience in related product commercialization and related commercial actions
- Independent; self-driven; well organized, works well under pressure.
- English fluency in written and verbal communication required.
