职位描述：
工作职责:
? Set-up channel strategy including channel product and price guideline, store development plan, store management criteria, annual sales and promotion calendar, sales target breakdown and budget control; dealer policy;
? Learn and understand developing bathroom market, pursue opportunity and potential;
? Establish Sales plan, national promotion calendar and methodology, local promotion management;
? Channel management, follow and monitor channel strategy execution in regions with strong controlling force;
? Track sales and promotion execution in regions, work with regional sales to ensure activity performance in terminal stores;

任职资格:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? At least 6 years working experience in retail channels
? Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Business driven/result driven.
