职位描述：
Position Summary
Responsible for overall leadership and management of field personnel in assigned region and/or customer base, as well as supporting the Account Manager in maintenance of existing business and implementation/growth of new business.

Responsibilities
Leading and managing field personnel;
Regular employee engagement (minimum monthly), one on one, performance reviews, progressive discipline & career plans.
Drives employee loyalty by managing and promoting the retention program with clients joint efforts;
Weekly management of time sheets & expense approval;
Maintaining a <5% voluntary attrition rate with assigned accounts;
Responsible for first line handling of all issues from employees in the field from first day on site; Maintain accountability for company provided tools, phones, computers and safety equipment (PPE);
Manages and escalates all safety issues in a professional manner and works with employees, Safety Manager, Account Manager and client on resolutions to ensure ALL employees are provided a safe work environment;
Supporting Account Manager in maintenance of existing business operation;
Maintaining an updated headcount work/vacation schedule for all field employees and a corresponding revenue forecast for existing business;
Reviewing the customer billing and cost to maintain a targeted contract Gross Margin by client;
Regular client engagement (minimum monthly) with existing customers, and lead generation thru client and M+W employees;
Closely work with project control for the project forecast and manpower planning, aim to have accurate cost report;
Manages JDs for new hires/replacements/terminations at existing accounts;
Reviews candidates submitted by Recruiting, does technical interview/screening, provides a write up on each candidate, reviews with Account Manager and submits to customer for assigned accounts;
Identifies management talent; manages and coaches site leads and supervisors as business mandates;
Supporting Account Manager with implementation/growth of new business:
As directed by Account Manager.
General:
Participate fully in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly internal / customer meetings;
Coming prepared to all meetings ready to speak up and discuss all pertinent issues, present established metrics, etc;
Practice the Collaborative Way;
Promote a strong team environment;
Good communication skills and able to work under pressure;
Ability and willingness to travel frequently and on short notice to customer sites (both domestic and international).

Responsibility / Authority Assignment
This position has limited managerial responsibilities authority over direct hire personnel and established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Technical Background:
Full-time bachelor degree or above, majoring in management and engineering professional, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Semiconductor or other Hi-Tech Industry managing teams in a service role. This can be OEM, Fab or Subfab environment. Should have technical knowledge of Equipment and Processes to Manufacture Semiconductors with a complete understanding of how a Wafer Fab Operates.

Software:
Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). It is required to develop the skill to work with in house systems used at M+W

Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties may be required to walk, stand, and lift office equipment or supplies up to 30 pounds and 4 feet in height. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Upon occasion this role is required to enter customer sites to review work environments of M+W Field Service Employees to evaluate performance, conduct incident reports or to be a technical resource to resolve field issues.

The individual must have the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients, and the public. Detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum or no supervision. The individual must have the ability to understand and follow, as well as create, verbal and written communication in the English language. The individual must have the willingness to be part of a team and cooperate in the accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives. They must have the ability to maintain effective, confidential communications via telephone, Internet, hard copy, and in person while working in a non-private workspace.
