Job Description:
? Complete in-cycle and off-cycle payroll .
? Support and monitor individual income tax deduction, reporting and claims
? Prepare payroll related communication letters
? Generate and document payroll-related statements and reports
Qualification:
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
? At least 3 years' work experience in payroll delivery in MNCs.
? Strong knowledge of China labor law and labor regulations
? Strong communication skills
? Good analytical and numerical ability
? Fluent English speaking and computer skills.
