职位描述：
1. Place order to supplier according to Purchase request.
根据系统采购计划，给相关供应商下采购订单。
2. Know supplier production plan for ordered parts to ensure get parts in time.
掌握供应商所有零件订单状态，保证生产供应。
3. Mainly responsible for machining parts and welding parts.
重点负责加工件和焊接件的采购。
4. Monitor the market change of the raw material, have the skill to negotiate price with supplier.
监控物料的市场变化，采取必要的采购技巧降低采购成本。
5. Attend the evaluation of related supplier, help supplier to improve.
参与对所负责的供应商进行评估，促进供应商提升。
6. Check PO delivery status with supplier to issue invoice in time.
及时与供应商对账，开发票。
7. Other jobs assigned by Purchasing Supervisor.
其他领导安排的工作。

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, in engineering
本科及以上学历。理工专业。
2. Min.4 years of buyer experience in manufacturing Industry, have machining and welding experience.
至少4年制造业采购经验，有加工和焊接经验。
3. Familiar with procurement procedure, SAP using experience is a plus.
熟悉采购运作系统，有SAP使用经验更好；
4. Possess effective communication skill and time management skill;
具备交流沟通技能及时间管理技能；
5. CET-4 level or above, good reading and written English;
英语四级或以上水平，具备英文读写能力。
