2. Purpose of role:
Improve capability development effectiveness through e-learning platform and program to create big impact to sales team.
Organize capability/customer experience related event, support training programs design and deployment.
3. Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role
? Responsible for capability development effectiveness improvement through e-learning platform and programs.
a) To lead wechat program, modernize the pre and after training embedding program through wechat, provide learning solutions to create big impact to sales teams’ capability development.
b) To track online/offline learning programs, manage training report and dashboard on a regular basis to build self-learning agility and transparency.
c) To drive knowledge management and actively use social media to keep learning agility.
? To work with capability managers and develop technical capability framework and programs for sales team, collect and analysis technical training needs, develop and deliver training program.
? To support Industrial Distributor/SP program design and deployment, coaching development, tracking performance
? Lead communication on capability/customer experience related event to drive awareness, familiarity, implementation and best practice sharing, so to build learning agility culture and customer-orientation culture, etc.
4. Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)
? Bachelor Degree is essential.
? Min. 5 years of total working experience. HR or capability management related working experience is preferred.
? Working knowledge on training and capability development.
? Management experience of similar learning system is preferred.
? Excellent English skills both in spoken and written.
? Good communication and presentation skills.
? Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
? Quick to learn, logical thinking.
? Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share.
