Recruiter / Headhunter
Reporting Line: Managing Director
Major responsibilities
? Taking charge of talent sourcing – identifying, approaching, interviewing and assessing potential candidates in the market according given project requirements
? Developing and enhancing candidate sourcing channels, methods and tools to meet the recruitment needs
? Recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies via social media and sourcing tools ((e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
? Offer management: offer negotiation and reference check
? Overseeing the entire recruiting process – from sales/lead generation to placement
? Conducting HR project quarterly reports
Qualifications & skills required
? Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
? 3+ years of recruiting experience in HR field in foreign companies, possibly for external placements (recruitment firms)
? Sales or business development experience will be a plus
? Client focus with excellent communication skills
? Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability
? Result-driven, organized, detailed minded
? Proficient in MS Office : Outlook, Word, Excel & PPT
? Language proficiency: Fluent in English, German speaking is a plus
