职位描述：
岗位职责：
负责买货店业务的运营管理，汇报给执行总裁；
带领团队做新零售业务的开发，搭建线上线下运营相结合的运作模式；
收集时尚资讯和流行元素，并进行总结与分析，对产品选款提出建设性意见；
组织协调内部供应商管理、沟通和外部供应商的开发维护工作。

任职要求：
设计或艺术背景，海外留学经验佳；
6-10年以上服装时尚行业线上线下运营相关工作经验；
具备较强的数据统筹分析、市场分析及谈判能力；
对国内外设计师品牌与Showroom有一定的了解与认知，对时尚有持续的关注；
热爱零售，熟悉国内外买手店市场；
工作责任心强、思维清晰，善于团队合作。

Report to: CEO
Responsibilities:
In charge of operation management and commodity management of Collection Store;
Lead the team to develop new retail business, set up online+offline operation mode;
Collect and analyze fashion information and popular element, give constructive suggestions on buying products;
Manage internal suppliers, develop and maintain external suppliers.

Job requirements:
Design background preferred;
6-10 years relevant working experience in apparel/fashion industry;
Good sense of fashion, creative, good understanding of brand style;
Strong in data analysis and negotiation; Knowledge of designer brand and showroom, passion in fashion and retail, familiar with internal and external boutique market;
Strong sense of responsibility, good in team work.
