1. Follow up Purchasing orders status.
2. Contact forwarders to arrange shipments.
3. Prepare shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing lists, B/L etc.
4. Record all samples sent and received.
5. Maintain Purchasing system.
6. Other work assigned by.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. Excellent in English.
3. Proficient in operating office softwares.
4. A strong sense of responsibility, has the ability of communication and coordination, analysis and problem solving.
