职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1. Work with the team to develop marketing strategy and goals
2. Develop and demonstrate an insightful understanding of our company, our market and competitive landscape, and integrate them into messages that position merge as a leader in the related fields.
3. Ensure success throughout the sales funnel, including demand-generation, sales enablement, and customer retention.
4. Lead and manage marketing, PR, online marketing, channel marketing and event marketing.
5. Develop an effective merchandising program with retailers including training and education, promotions, pop, distributor and reseller relations.
6. Craft a brand story within the related landscape of consumer.
7. Participate in creating strategic partnerships and alliances.

Qualifications and skillsets required：
1. 10+ years of experience in a lead marketing role.
2. 5+ years of experience managing marketing teams and budgets.
3. 5+ years’ experience managing marketing campaigns for consumer products and product launches that drive sales.

4. Strong demonstrable experience for building successful marketing positioning, strategy and storytelling.
5. Proven ability to develop and manage marketing teams, strategic marketing programs, and day-to-day programs and campaigns.
6. Ability to develop compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs that reflect both company and customer needs.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships critical to success – both within and outside of the company.
8. Ability to travel for events, including international travel.
