Key responsibilities:
? Able to understand customer’s environment (different industry type), work closely with engineers and buyers to promote RS products.
? Experience in OEM environment, work with R&D engineers (customers) and able to identify commercial opportunity for RS including involvement in bids projects for Mega or Key accounts
? Lead of team of 4 to 5 Technical Support team in people management activities and technical direction, align to commercial priorities
? Able to support Bill of Material enquiries – deliver one stop shop solution to customers.
? provides end to end solution to customers for bill of materials matching, not limiting to RS Core range it should include extended range and non-core range. As much as possible we deliver highest fulfilment rate to demonstrate our value proposition for “one stop shop”
? Work closely with Account Specialist (AS) and Corporate Account Manager (CAM) to conceptualise the solutions and present the value proposition to customers in a highly professional manners.
? Customer sees us as valuable partners that provides end to end solution for bill of materials.
? Providing effortless customer experience by proactively recommending changes to product information, alternatives and solutions
? Contribute to the sales targets by working closely with sales and performing high level of value added activities set out by the business
? Build up long term partnership with customers
? Investigate complaints or service improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
? Assess customer faulty product returns requests when required to determine next course of action to support post sales
? Identify potential customer needs / opportunities to grow business by providing high human touch. This may include onsite support as and when required.
? Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of the business processes and policies by using continuous improvement methodologies.
? Work with and support our customer service team to maintain and support customer expectations.
? Support the team during peak hour - assist customers on their enquiries over the telephone or email (eg. pricing, stock status, parameter advisory, etc.)
Requirements:
? Min 5 years of leadership experience with engineering background
? Good written and spoken Chinese
? Degree holder in Engineering discipline – can be mechanical, or electronic/electrical
? Experience in component level identification and Test & Measurement equipment
? Highly committed, meticulous, reliable and well organized
? Ability to work independently, under pressure and multitask, to manage many stakeholders and customers
? Sense of urgency to encourage business from customers
? Read English emails – CET6 minimum
? Have sense for business acumen, fast learner and strong team player.
