?实现项目启动和工程更改时间和制造要求,确保所有文档及时完成Achieve project launch and engineering change timing and manufacturing requirements, ensuring that all documentation, reviews and authorities are complete
?为内部、外部和供应商提供清晰的服务Provide clear communication to internal and external customer and supplier
?作为向客户关键人，参加客户日常会议，接收客户的需求,使计划,行动使需求有效Act as the point person to the customer,regular meeting at the customer side, receive customer requirement and make the action plan to make the requirement into effective;
?定期的主持内部项目会议,促进团队解决识别问题并且保持团队在同一步骤上，并且为下一步计划提供方向Regular internal program meeting, facilitate teams to address identified issues to keep the team in the same page, and provide the direction for the next step
?促进团队合作、领导项目团队和生产支持Provide team work and leadership for program teams and production support.
?作为采购，CEC与工厂的对接窗口，确保团队实现所有客户和公司要求,包括质量、成本、交付、产品性能和客户满意度Act as the window contact person between the purchasing, CEC and the seat plant, ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction
?持续跟踪工程在PLM / SRM系统的变化, 组织团队检查指定的变化水平, 跨团队的解决问题，实时监控系统中的变化流 Keep tracking the engineer changes in the PLM/SRM system, organize the team to review the change at specified level, address the issues should there is cross functional team work required and to monitor the change flow in the system in time

Key Skills & Qualification
?本科学历或者相关经验Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
