工作职责:
1) Support manger to develop annual national key account plan and ensure execution in respective area Supervise team to maintain regular customer visit with the purpose to establish a stable long-term cooperative relationship with key accounts
2) Partner with key accounts to identify needs and explore business opportunities
3) Monitor and analyze distributor, competitors and other market data in order to recommend and access potential sale opportunity in time
4) Cooperate with regional project sales team to promote AS brand as a preferred brand in order to increase the project win rate
5) Support manager to control/check GP, inventory, AR status to meet financial target
任职资格:
1) Bachelor degree or above and general sales concept.
2)At least 5~8 years working experience in project development or sales management preferably gained from similar industries
3)3~5years working experience in managing distributor and national key account market development.
4)Strong leadership coaching & persuasive skill
5)Be familiar with the local market among industry.
6)Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills.
7)Good negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external groups.
8)Customer-orientated and project management skills.
9)Business driven/result driven.
