Title of position: Coordinator -CUS team;

Department: CUS team, Damco Xiamen Branch

Reports to: Chief , OCE group leader

Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:

? Live the M&V of CB Maersk and further drive our Core Culture in the team's daily performance.
? Appreciate and apply the values in daily work, ensure that issues are accurate to the standards required by local
arrangement and is within agreed deadlines.
? Ensure on time office attendance and professional dressing.
? Ensure effective and professional communication with internal and external parties.
? Ensure that group delivers a second-to-none service on day-to-day customer services with high accuracy of data
quality.
? Constantly optimize our profitability and deliver financial business results as per agreed objectives.
? Develop and increase the commercial awareness and achieve the business target together with group members.
? Projects and assignments on an ad-hoc basis as directed by the team leader. Be prepared and pro-actively to take
more responsibility for further personal development.
? Attend self learning (MLC) and finished task within deadline.
? Constantly evaluate and suggest changes of the job description to the team leader.
? Good using in OUTLOOK or any other IT equipment for working.
? Have the desire and ability to take on responsibility, with all that this means.
? Show enthusiasm, and be open and straight forward in co-operation with others.
? Learn through on-the-job training and problem solving.
? Develop yourself and be open to new challenges, be willing to share your knowledge and experience with all your
colleagues.
? Create a good working environment by setting a good example with professional straight forward behavior.
? Deliver what we promise consistently.

Specific responsibilities of the position:

? Maintain close relationship with carriers and ensure the contracts are maintained in proper manner
? Pro-actively foresee and prevent major service failures
? Support group leader to deliver the scorecard targets
? Communicate with the destinations and clients to ensure high service level from XIM
? Solve daily operational problems arisen in the daily operation
? Actively manage the outstanding and follow up to ensure all income is collected.
? By own initiative seek to improve procedures and implement changes.
? Assist group leader in management issues
? Actively assist the group leader to develop the talents in the group to continuously have the pipeline for potential Supervisors filled

success criteria of the position:

? Group targets/KPI delivery;
? Performance appraisal;
