Recruitment
To find right person to fill the position timely and seek continuous improvement on recruitment tools and channel to be efficiency.
- Create and review Job profile to make sure they are align with current job status.
- Collect and analyze talent data to set up the systematically talent pool.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage interview process, track recruiting status, and be responsible for the recruitment results.
- Develop various recruiting resource and channel, manage and evaluate recruitment channel.
Hire to rehire
To conduct HR process and be ensure it is implemented in right way.
- Guide new employee to integrate company and business and perform as short as possible.
- Follow up new employees’ progress regularly and feedback to managers to help both of them to improve on daily job in better way.
- Quit interview and analysis, propose improvement plan if necessary to contribute on employees’ retention.
Employee Relationship
Take care employee relationships in daily work and innovate different methods to promote employer branding.
- Initiate and organize termly activities to build active working culture and teamwork.
- Take care employee and get and follow employees’ feedback and comments to make improvement continuously.
Training
To develop internal training program and deliver internal training courses according to business requirement and needs.
- Take an internal trainer role to conduct and deliver internal training to business.
- Find and utilize internal resource to develop internal training program
- Organize and facilitate employees’ orientation training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to improve and promote training in right way.
HR Reports
To ensure the correct HR related reports are in place on time every month and quarterly.
Admin & Other assignments
- To handle daily admin management and payment, including company cars, expatriate related, company mobile/ travel, etc..
- To finish other assignments as requirement.
Experience requirements
- More than 5 years’ experiences in HR, familiar with recruitment and training.
Educational requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge
- Familiar with local labor laws
- HR professional knowledge in HR full functions.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.
- Good command of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent Results Oriented
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated, in a pro-active way
- An ability to lead projects in the area of HR.
- Analysis, planning and organizational skills is a must.
- Open mind and fast learning and adapt ability
