To increase member satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to members and providers through a fully-integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable, customer-focused professionals supported by exemplary technologies and processes.
Position Summary/Mission
? The PSL will serve as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for the customer’s Human Resources personnel (Benefit Coordinator, Administrator, etc.) and respond, manage, and resolve escalated and complex global issues for the overall Operations.
? Acts as single point of contact for internal escalation.
? Be able to identify and analyze on recurring problem and take lead in providing a remedy.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to
? Attend/ participate in Sales meetings
? Acts as a single-point-of-contact for escalated member-specific issues and/or broader plan administration matters
? Provide weekly updates on new & potential procedural risk/improvement opportunity
? Provide regular stats on escalation and analysis on the volume
? Proactively identify and surface customer and plan issues for resolution while acting as a liaison to communicate workflow results, ideas and solutions
? Proactively resolve issues with account executives, sales representatives, installation managers and the claims offices etc
? Manage escalated customer issues and provide proper communication/education to all parties
? Assist customers and sales in understanding the impacts of non standard benefits
? Proactively analyzes constituent data, identifies trends and issues.
? Identifies most urgent business problems, obtains necessary information, accurately identifies root causes and generates solutions.
? Initiates and maintains partnerships with others throughout the organization. Encourages cooperation by promoting common goals and building trust. Inspires, supports, and initiates cross-functional activities.
? For non-supervisory positions, exhibits behaviors outlined in the Plan Sponsor Liaison Competencies
? For supervisory positions, exhibits behaviors outlined in the Plan Sponsor Liaison Supervisor Competencies
Background/Experience Desired
? 4 years or above experience in operation team of high-end health insurance industry.
? Knowledge of individual & group insurance business characters, working flow, business nature and etc. Claim related background preferred.
? Fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin. Speaking Japanese is an asset.
? Strong team work spirit
? Independent and self-driven individual
? Strong communication skill
Education and Certification Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent
