Key Accountabilities (Describe the 6-8 main results of the job to be achieved)
- Enhance the communication between HQs and local legal entities, Ensure the effective implements about the guidelines from HQs to the local legal entities
- Ensure accounting governance in daily operation
Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance will be measured)
- Correct GL entry booking
- Perform I/C charge in/out booking based on Merck Guideline
- Coordinate and effective control in month end closing,
- Submit IFRS & PRC report packages for all assigned companies following the corporate instructions on the monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Ensure Balance sheet account clean and timely reconciliation
- Draft accounting policy and accounting standard
- Participate in the financial projects to improve system efficiency & enhance internal control
- Cooperate with the finance team to complete statutory report for assigned legal entities

Candidate’s Profile
Background (State the preferred education, qualification and experience level)
Education:
? Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
? Chinese Accounting Certification;
Language:
? English and Mandarin(must), German beneficial;
ExperiEnce:
? Good English in listening, writing and reading and speaking
? Effective communication skill
? SAP experience is a must, high PC skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & related Finance system.
? At least 3 years of relevant working experiences, MNC preferred
? Strong sense of responsibility
? Independent, mature and organized
?
