Key Results Areas:
Business Development
-Understand the market, identify the business opportunities, work out the strategy and execution plan to penetrate the market
-Build the relationship with all key clients in the region
-Fully master the whole process of tendering and provide the proper guidance to the team
-initiate different activities and campaign to enhance our branding and presence in the market
-manage and deliver the monthly, quarterly and annually quota
-manage and master different distribution channel, direct and indirect sales model
Internal coordination
-Recruit and mentor the right candidate in the organization
-Gather market information, product trend and feedback to Product and Marketing Dept for addressing and developing right solutions and positioning
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
-10 years or above sales and marketing experience in B2B and B2C business;
-5 years of work experience in the office furniture or related industry.
-Strong knowledge in handling direct sales and channel sales;
-Proactive, mature and outgoing attributes;
-Bachelor or above prefer in Marketing or related discipline;
