POSITION SUMMARY:
Design & maintenance existing PLC system. Design manufacturing equipment program. Improving existing program, support maintenance & production plan. Organize engineer to support maintenance & production.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree above. At least 3 years work experience in automatic equipment commissioning and maintenance field. At least 2 year management experience. Have deeply experience of automatic equipment's programming debugging & maintenance. Have good skills on pneumatic, hydraulic and communication systems. Skill on AB/ Siemens PLC programming and equipment trouble shouting. Skills on reading, writing English and communication. Able to overtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solving all production line's electrical & communication trouble. Guarantee the production run.
- Training PLC engineers & maintenance technician.
- Making the manual book of hackneyed troubles.
- Make PLC engineer working plan & performance evaluation.
- Debugging new equipment & support the production
- Complete equipment upgrade & alteration. Make the alteration plan & make program.
- Continue improve equipment's control method & reduce the scraps
- Collect equipment's electric layout, manual book, supplier's material.
- Support other department
- Base on the production schedule to maintenance and improve the equipment electrical parts..
- Familiarize PLC program, solve the problem of equipment.
- Release PM and help to execute the plan. Provide the backup of equipment planning..
- Work with equipment vendors for coordination of equipment modifications and tooling requirements.
- Improve the efficiency of equipment, reduce the downtime
- Training and help the maintenance technician.
- Work closely with Manufacturing.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Duties will be performed in a combination office/shop environment. Employee may be exposed to environmental/controlled air conditions, and mechanical ,electrical, or chemical processes requiring the use o will occasionally be required to work weekends ,holidays, be on call, and travel overnight on f protective equipment.
