Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for Department PPS(Pre-production Sample) receiving, dispatching and recording
负责部门PPS(预生产样品)接收、分发和记录
2. Be responsible for collect travel plan, weekly summary, Supplier KPI, TR correctness, Monthly finacial summary and etc.
负责收集每周出差计划,每周总结,厂商表现率，TR正确性，每月财务报表总汇等。
3. Be responsible for Department document works organized
负责部门文案工作。
4. Other task assigned by Sr. Manager.
其他的任务会由资深经理安排。
Requirements:
1. Good English in Listening, reading, writing and speaking
英文口语, 说写和阅读能力佳。
2. Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, word, PPT.
熟悉办操作公室软件如 Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
3. One year working experieced is preferable, Excellent graduates also have a chance.
最好能有一年的工作经验，优秀的毕业生也有机会。
4. Education: College or above
大专或以上学历
5. Careful, Team worker, responsible, good communication skills.
细心,团队工作,有责任心,良好的沟通技巧
6. Logical thinking.
