职位描述：
岗位职责：
l 负责全国维修中心的日常设备维修、产品检测工作的安排
l 负责维修中心员工的管理、团队建设及维修技能发展
l 完善及持续优化维修中心相关的各项流程，建立工作标准，提高效率
l 对现场工程师提供技术支持、技能培训以及技术信息分享
l 与总部的技术和维修方面的沟通
l 参加总部的技术服务培训，逐步建立并提高产品的本地维修能力
任职要求：
l 本科及以上学历，电子、医疗器械相关专业；8年以上电子类设备（医疗仪器、科学仪器等）工作经验，包括技术维修及团队管理
l 英语听说读写熟练，有与全球总部合作项目或项目转移的经验
l 有类似行业维修中心管理经验，良好的问题分析和解决能力
l 良好的抗压、沟通、协调、项目管理能力
