Position: GL Accountant
Location: Shanghai

Description:
The candidate will ensure all the finance transactions are in line with company policies & local regulations. Ensure the correct and timely closing and tax reporting.

Work Activities:

 Responsible for full set of book closing. Other daily activities including maintenance of the general ledger, journal entry and account reconciliation.
负责公司财务部门整体的关账工作。其他的日常活动包括总账的维护、记账凭证录入和帐目核对。
 Check and verify payment vouchers, ensuring that there are supporting document for all vouchers. Reconcile all sub-ledger accounts to general ledger accounts.
检查和核实付款凭证,确保凭证都有可支持的附件。并将所有子分类科目与总分类科目进行核对。
 Monitor routine GL booking, monthly, quarterly and annual closing. To perform the monthly closing.
监管日常的总账登记,月度,季度和年度的决算。完成每月的结帐工作。
 Tax declaration on monthly basis.
每月的税务申报工作
 Assist to perform the internal reports (e.g.: COA, B/S, P&L)
协助完成公司内部报表（比如：现金流量表，资产负债表，损益表）
 Responsible for tax inspection，final settlement for enterprise income tax and annual audit
负责税务检查，企业所得税汇算清缴和年度审计
 Responsible for monthly VAT report. Check the VAT files for all input, output and unused VAT
负责每月增值税报表，审核所有进项增值税，销项增值税和留抵增值税的文件
 Take part in cost control and financial management.
参与成本控制和财务管理工作
Requirements:

The hands-on position requires

 College degree or above, major in accounting, English skill CET4 above.
大专学历及以上，主修会计专业, 英语能力要求CET4级以上
 Sense of responsibility
有责任心
 Cooperative and effective team player
具备团队协作精神
 Good knowledge of PRC accounting & tax regulation
熟悉中国会计及税务法规
 Good command of English and PC skills, especially well versed in Excel software and Yongyou accounting software.
良好的英语和电脑技能，尤其是深谙Excel和用友财务软件
 Financial experience in logistics industry is a plus
具备物流行业的财务经验尤佳
 Be pro-active, sense of urgency in delivering work output, and ensures timely problem resolution
