-Identifuingn ew project leadsb y working with internala nd externalr esourcesa vailable,i ncluding
marketing team in the US, and providing information on leads and/or sales records to Regional
Sales Manages and/or dealers in China
- Maintainingi nternald atabases ystemf or project leadsa nd prospectsa nd managingt he processf or
follow up ofthese leads and prospects
- Coordinatingt he entire processo f planninga nd preparationf or trades hows,i ncluding organizing
internala nd externalr esourcesfo r settingu p and tearingd own companys how booth beforea nd .
after each show, working with Sales Team to ensure complete coverage throughout the entire
duration of the shows, etc.
- Sourcing for promotional trinkets ( gifts) for sales support, printing services for product literature
(brochuresf,l yers, manualse ct) designo r imagea ds,i ndustrialm edia companiesf or product
advertising.
- Support all the activities for dealer's training
- Conducting site survey and customer interview at customer sites and preparing articles for case
studies/appicl ation stories
- Support in other product promotion activities such as new product launch event and seminars
- Be responsiblefo r companys alesl eadsd atabasem aintenancea, nd the new projectsi nformation
gathering and distributing
- AssistingM arketing Manageri n collectingc ompetitivei ntelligence/informationa nd maintaining
internald atabasea s and when required
